The Gathering Campout

The Gathering is where CampWild Campouts began, and every summer we head back to Riverlands Farm to do it again, only bigger.

For one weekend at the height of summer, we take over the meadows and fill them with everything we love: wild swimming and sauna at Escape to the Lake, a river safari along the Teme, long evenings round the fire and games that run late into the night. There’s yoga and breathwork to start the day, nature crafts and story time for the kids, and a hunt for glow worms once it gets dark.

It’s the most relaxed, sociable and family-friendly Campout of the year. Pitch up with a tent, a roof tent or a campervan, bring the whole crew, and settle in for two nights of summer as it should be.

Ohh & next year, we’ll also be joined by some very special guests, so keep an eye out for announcements.

The Gathering Campout

Riverlands Farm sits in the Worcestershire countryside, in the shadow of the Malvern Hills, with the River Teme winding past its meadows. It’s home to Escape to the Lake, a spring-fed swimming lake that’s become a favourite of ours over the years.

We’ll be camping in the open meadows, with the lake and river close by for swimming and exploring. It’s a soft, green, summery spot, perfect for long days outside and warm evenings by the fire.

The most relaxed I’ve felt in a long time. Fires, food, laughter, and absolutely no phone signal — perfection

CampWild has nailed it. The campouts are everything camping should be — simple, wild, and full of heart.
